Athletics

GENERAL INFORMATION

All students must have their full and completed athletic packets on file prior to the first day of participation in a sport, including tryouts. Athletic packets can be picked up in the main office or in the link provided. In that packet is a proof of a physical form and proof of insurance form. If the athletic packet is not filled out, the athlete will not be able to tryout. Good luck!

REMEMBER, all athletes trying out must have a current physical packet on file to tryout. If 8th graders played or tried out for a sport last year, they do not need another physical. 7th grade continuing student-athletes who played a sport earlier in the school year do not need another physical.

If students are trying out for a sport, students need to attend all tryout days unless there is a cut made.

Important: Regarding transportation, if a student-athlete is not going to ride the bus back to school from an away game, the coach can only release the student directly to a parent and only with a signed transportation release form. Thank you for your cooperation.
